Relations between fiscal and monetary policy reminiscent in many ways a metaphor of Scylla and Charybdis. These relations are the subject of theoretical discussion and decisions about their practical implementation. The second year of the European fiscal dialogue will focus on these two policies and their mutual relations.
The first year of this conference in 2015 established a tradition of continuous exchange among researchers, creators and executors of fiscal policy. National specifics creates specific cases, but unified diction of the European Commission in this area is a challenge for all academics and decision-makers at the national level in their search for common procedures. The members of the Scientific Committee of the conference are the leading experts in this field and guarantee a conference quality.
The second year of the European Fiscal Dialog will lay conditions for active participation of domestic and foreign attendees within two sections. To promote and popularise those views, a reviewed collection of contributions will be used, compiled pursuant to Thomson Reuters principles.
Last year conference proceedings has been indexed in Web of Science.
